The Rice-Houston AGEP builds on and leverages the strengths of two highly successful programs – the Rice AGEP and the Houston Louis Stokes Alliance for Minority Participation (H-LSAMP) – to form a unified, multi-level, long-range alliance deeply committed to this cause.
