Interested in a Postdoctoral Position at Rice?

Thank you for your interest in working and doing research at Rice University. Persons who are interested in a Post-Doctoral Research position should check for available positions on the Rice Human Resources website, http://jobs.rice.eduWhen on the site, click on the “Search Current Jobs” link in the menu on the left side of the screen. Any Post-Doctoral Research positions that are available will be listed in the “Technical” group of the job category section. 

Rice Academy of Fellows

As part of a recently launched $150 million investment in research initiatives to advance this mission, Rice University is pleased to announce and invite applications for the Rice Academy Postdoctoral Fellows Program.

The competition is open to all research areas. The two-year Rice Academy Postdoctoral Fellowships are open to exceptional scholars who have recently earned the doctoral degree in any area, including medicine, and who want to pursue research with faculty at Rice University. Applications are particularly welcome from those who are interested in interdisciplinary approaches to scholarship. 

The standard stipend is $60,000. Some departments may augment the stipend. Academy Fellows are provided with an office within the department, $5,000 in a research fund, and access to university resources. Apply here.
