I belong to Sindh, also called "The land of Sufis" - Pakistan. This province of Pakistan has one of the oldest civilizations, the Indus Civilization, and it is also known for hospitality, love, and interfaith harmony. My elders belong to a desert area, Thar, a desert of living tradition. They moved all the way to metropolitan cities to give their decedents a better life.

Why did you decide to go to grad school?

I recognized my passion for STEM after my early schooling, which made me choose engineering school for higher studies.
