Brandon García is a Fulbright - García Robles Scholar in the Economics Department at Rice University where he is pursuing a Master of Energy Economics. Concurrently he is appointed as Frédéric Bastiat Fellow at the Mercatus Center at George Mason University. Before coming to Rice University he worked as a predoctoral fellow and lecturer in economics at Center for Economic Research and Teaching (CIDE).
