At this session, you will learn about the benefits and opportunities you have as a Rice postdoc. This is also one of your first opportunities to connect with other Rice postdocs and establish a network of colleagues and friends. We will have quarterly sessions typically held in March, June, September, and December. After arriving on campus, please register for the upcoming session.

  • Sign up for the Postdoc Post! This is a bi-weekly newsletter that covers events at Rice, fellowship opportunities, important news and reminders, and more. You can view past issues here.

  • Do you have children? Information on childcare resources can be found through Human Resources and the Office of Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies. Human Resources includes information on summer camps, back-up care, mother’s rooms, and more. Information on schools in Houston can be found at HISD's website.
