Graduate Owls enjoy barbecue with the president and other O-Week activities

Rice University President David Leebron and University Representative Y. Ping Sun welcomed Rice’s new graduate students to their home at the Wiess House Aug. 17 to sample one of the Lone Star State’s favorite foods: barbecue!
