Sandra holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Jackson State University and an MBA from Florida Institute of Technology.  After starting her career in the corporate sector as a computer programmer/analyst, she transitioned to education, serving as a high school Career and Technology Education teacher and a professional registrar.

Deeply dedicated to her community, Sandra actively volunteers in Scouting and dedicates her time to cooking for loved ones, displaced individuals and those in need.
