Morgan is a Ph.D. candidate in the history department, originally from Minneapolis, MN. Her dissertation, tentatively titled "The Native Image in the Black Mind," explores Black perceptions of Indigeneity in the 19th-century United States.

When she's not working on her research, Morgan loves to travel, listen to podcasts, read fiction, and meet as many dogs as possible!
