The deadlines to order regalia for the May Commencement ceremony are as follow:
Master's Regalia Purchases:
Ship to Home: Order by April 5, 2026 | 10:59 PM (CDT)
Ship to Bookstore: Order by March 29, 2026 | 10:59 PM (CDT)
In-Store Purchase: Available at the Rice Campus Store starting March 16, 2026
Note: Gown size and hood color may be limited for in-store purchases.
Doctoral Regalia Rentals:

Doctoral candidates, beginning in the semester prior to your commencement ceremony, please start checking in with your advisor to find out if they can participate in May Commencement to place your doctoral hood. They will also need to order regalia if they do not own a set of regalia themselves.
