I’m a 2nd year PhD student in the King Lab investigating how to make the manufacturing of cell-based cancer therapies cheaper and quicker! One of the most rewarding parts about working in the lab for me is mentoring my two undergraduate students and, last summer, a high school student.
When I’m not in the lab, I love playing and cuddling with my Pomeranian puppy, staying active (favorite: going on runs and walks in Hermann Park), trying new restaurants or recipes, watching new movies or shows, exploring Houston’s precious nature, and planning my next vacation!
