Roy is a PhD candidate in Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE). His research leverages machine learning and signal processing to understand and treat neurological and psychiatric dysfunction.
Originally from Scranton, Pennsylvania, he’s now been in Houston for almost 9 years, as he also attended Rice as an undergrad. Outside of research, he enjoys playing baseball/softball, trying new food, and going to concerts. He is looking forward to helping students through their transition to their PhD programs!
