The risk of distraction, procrastination, information overload, and social isolation have led to a fear of technology dependence. However, you should not fear technology! Correct and optimized use of it can streamline your workflow and enhance your academic journey in several ways, such as improving organization and time management, improving writing and presentation skills, and providing collaboration tools for group work.
