Bio:

Dillon Stewart is an Industrial and Organizational (I/O) Psychology Ph.D. student at Rice University. He received his B.A. and M.A. from Rice University in Psychology. Dillon's research addresses systems and structures that perpetuate inequality in organizations with the goal of promoting systemic change toward equity. He aims to use his research and community engagement to provide opportunities for people to thrive in the current system while informing efforts to create systemic change toward equity and thriving. The National Science Foundation, Ford Foundation, and Rice University's Psychology Department have recognized and rewarded his work.
