Randi supports graduate students at Rice by administering the fellowship coaching program and enhancing professional development programming and opportunities for graduate students. She also plans events for the interdisciplinary community of Rice Academy Postdoctoral Fellows.

Randi earned her Ph.D. in English with a certificate in the Study of Women, Gender, and Sexuality Studies from Rice University. Her research focuses on women's labor in nineteenth-century Britain. In her free time, she enjoys watching sci-fi, dining outdoors, and enjoying the local wildlife. She loves to travel, but also adores Houston.
