Randi joined the Office of Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies in 2023. She administers GPS' Fellowship Coaching Program, which offers individualized guidance for graduate students writing fellowship applications. In addition to supporting graduate students applying for external fellowships, Randi works on professional development and career exploration programming for graduate students and postdocs.

Randi earned her Ph.D. in English (Literature) with a concentration in the Study of Women, Gender, and Sexuality Studies from Rice. Her dissertation explores middle-class women's labor in Victorian Britain. She's also keenly invested in writing pedagogy.

In her free time, Randi enjoys watching sci-fi, camping, and spending time with her family and dog. She loves to travel, but also adores Houston and is pleased to have made Houston home.
