Randi joined the Office of Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies in 2023. She administers the fellowship coaching program and, more broadly, supports graduate students applying for external fellowships. She also works on professional development and resource navigation for graduate students and postdocs.

Randi earned her Ph.D. in English (Literature) with a concentration in the Study of Women, Gender, and Sexuality Studies from Rice. Her dissertation explores middle-class women's labor in Victorian Britain. Randi also has a keen interest in writing pedagogy and practice. 

In her free time, Randi enjoys watching sci-fi, camping, and playing with her dog. She loves to travel, but also adores Houston and is pleased to have made Houston home.
