Njideka (Syndi) Nnorom (she/her) is a 4th year Ph.D. Candidate in the Department of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering. She earned her B.S.E in Chemical Engineering from Arizona State University. Her current work entails synthesizing polymers for implementation in water treatment and purification systems in Dr. Rafael Verduzco’s group. Alongside her research she also serves as the Black Graduate Student Association (BGSA) President.
